Rajan Arora, CPA, CA
A graduate of Commerce from the University of Toronto, Rajan went on to receive his Chartered Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant designations before founding his own telecommunications company G3 Telecom. As the CEO for over 13 years, Rajan grew G3 Telecom into successful facilities-based reseller of numerous telecommunications services operating a carrier-grade switching infrastructure and a diverse network spanning across Canada and the United States. Rajan now focuses his time and resources on private investments and real estate.
With a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Carleton University, Eamon went on to receive his MBA at Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia. For over 35 years, Eamon has been a managing partner at Hoey Associates Management Consultants Inc. assisting business leaders craft and execute their company’s growth goals. Eamon specializes in harnessing change, unique resources, and the dynamics of its industry to identify a competitive advantage.
With over 18 years experience in the telecommunications sector, Rajiv brings extensive skills pertaining to corporate planning, business and marketing strategies, new product development, and mergers and acquisitions. Rajiv has managed to counter numerous underperforming national companies with net losses and negative cash to cash flow positive multinational operations. As CEO of President of Adya for over 6 years, Rajiv has developed valuable expertise in compliance related to operating a publicly-traded company. Rajiv holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Humber College as well an accreditation of Finance for Non-Financial Executives from Queen’s University.
H. Robert Stikeman (Bob) is a founding partner of Stikeman Keely Spiegel LLP. He was called to the Bar in 1975. Bob specializes in securities law and taxation law, and has been instrumental in the launch of several "small cap" public companies through a results-focused and common sense approach to complex issues. Bob has advised on all aspects of corporate, commercial and tax law including banking, secured lending, corporate and individual tax planning and the domicile of trusts, corporations and wealthy individuals. Bob also specializes in the governance of for profit and not-for-profit corporations and was instrumental in establishing the legal framework for one of Canada's largest recycling programs. He currently acts as general counsel to several public corporations. Bob holds a BCom from McGill University, as well as an MBA and LLB from the University of Western Ontario.
After completing his BA in Economics and Business from York University, Pankaj worked as the Legislative Advisor to the Minster of Health, the Honorable Elinor Caplan. After three years at Queen's Park he left to pursue his MBA at York University, now the Schulich School of Business. Since 1992, Pankaj has been successfully managing his family's business interests including investments in real estate, stocks, bonds, and currencies. Currently, he is president of Brook Capital Corporation-an independent boutique investment firm that connects high net worth investors, family offices, and foundations with best in class alternative investment products.
